He's a Jersey boy, born & raised. Lives in Middletown, NJ. On the other hand, Philly is his nearest big city and he owns the arena football team based here: The Philadelphia Soul (that's why he was in the newsroom; talking with a sports reporter about the team). They're a very good team, apparently -- win a lot more than they lose!
Someone talked me into getting my photo taken with him, but I'm glad I did. This is the handsomest dude I have ever seen up close. And his teeth were so white I practically had to shield my eyes! Seriously, he's a very nice man. Walked around the newsroom introducing himself, "Hi, I'm Jon," like he was just a regular guy. I love to see celebrities who are just friendly, regular people despite all the fame....
