Yes, Arlene does well. Twice in the Triplopia archives, as well, including one Pushcart nomination. She also does work with Poems Niederngasse, ( http://www.niederngasse.com/ ) which has been an online presence since 1998, and publishes editions in several languages.
As it happens, while working on my piece, I realized that back in October a poem of hers was one of the winners in the IBPC competition that I judged. I had compeletely forgotten.
