I know this makes me sound like I'm 200 years old, but I'm still concerned that the Kindle's inevitable obsolesence means I wouldn't actually own (or, more precisely, be able to access) a Kindle-ized book five years from now.
I presume that as new versions come along they will incorporate - will have to - some means of retaining what was in any earlier version.
