In celebration of National Poetry Month,
Lansdowne poet Ernest Yates will read
from En route from the capital:
Poems of Philadelphia, one of the
recent volumes in his ongoing cycle of
poems.
Ernest Yates has published eight
volumes of poems based on his
wanderings through the streets of
Philadelphia. He has a Ph.D. in
English from the University of
Pennsylvania, and is a past winner
of the Grand Prize of the
Pennsylvania Poetry Society.

Admission is free. Parking is readily available in side streets or in the lot behind the Meeting.
