Frank, I was "force fed" classical music as a child ... amd will be forever grateful. One year, was packed in a bus with a bunch of other schoolchildren, driven down the northeast extension of the turnpike, and forced to attend a daytime concert ... by the Philadelphia Orchestra, under the baton of Eugene Ormandy!
It's a chance I would have killed for, later in my life ... but would not have been possible by the time I came to appreciate it.
