Hmm …

… Merkel calls coronavirus 'biggest challenge since WWII'.

Well, we all know how Germany met that challenge.


  1. She said 'since' i.e. she was comparing it to the challenge of post-war reconstruction and confronting the past. Is she right? I'm not any good at predictions, but at least she gave a measured appeal, not a series of lies, exaggerations, and unreliable promises.
