Fiction enters reality ...

Bill Peschel raises some issues with the L.A. Times's David Ulin. "I would love to know what time Ulin thinks that the bottom line didn't matter," Peschel says. Me too.

  1. Mr. Peschel's comments are right on the money, you should only pardon the expression. They make me think of the railings of the Washington Post's Jonathan Yardley whenever writers and litcrits and other ineffables would stage demonstrations and other protests over some publisher's decision to stay solvent by not publishing their precious book. Perhaps Mr. Yardley still does that; I haven't had the opportunity to read him for some time, alas.
