Seems the U.S. government has posted the draft of the IPCC forthcoming Fourth Report on the Internet. Tim Worstall thinks this a good thing (so does Glenn Reynolds, though he may, for obvious reasons, biased: An Army of Climate Davids.
I think it's a good thing, too. I don't see any reason to keep this stuff secret.

So, are you looking for book reviewers? I’ve done a couple for The Daily Telegraph in London so I am, by at least one Literary Editor, considered competent.
My main subjects would be economics, the environment and most especially where the two interact.
