I suppose what I'd like to know is what exactly it is I am suppose to enjoy in works by the likes of Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst. Once upon a time, I sold art. I still buy it. But most of what I see today that claims to be cutting edge strikes me as either tired or strained or both.
